BRIEF

The dissertation started as “DARWIN TO THE FUTURE BODY” and there is a word for choosing a dissertation topic that spans 400 million years and the future... ambitious.  but it was an approach that provided an incredible journey of research and insights.

starting with a re-read of Charles Darwin's: On the Origins of Species and a meeting with Chris Stringer, lead researcher at London’s Natural History Museum who curated Britain: One Million Years of the Human Story exhibition, led to the opening of paths of topics ranging from the ice age, end of the world scenarios, genetic modification, mutations, eugenics, biomechatronics and super-humanism.  Ultimately the focus was how implants and ergonomics affect our skeletal system, if at all.
